An Update on the Ongoing Ibadan Urban Flood Management Projects (IUFMP)

An update on the ongoing Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project (IUFMP) across Ibadan. These projects are a part of the flood control measures being undertaken under the IUFMP and include the construction of culverts and bridges, expansion of river banks, and river channelisation. More details about the IUFMP are contained here. The IUFMP commenced in February 2015 and since then, a number of projects have been completed while others are ongoing. 2. 1-cell (3.5 x 1.5) metres culvert, Odogbo Fatokun Area, Moniya, Ibadan
3. 1-cell (3 x 2) metres culvert across Ibadan – Ife Expressway close to Iwo Road Interchange, Ibadan
4. 1-cell (4 x 2) metres culvert along Apete – Awotan Road, Ibadan
5. 2-cell (6 x 2) metres culvert, Jerusalem Area, Ojoo-Arulogun Road, Ibadan
6. 6-cell (6 x 2.5) metres culvert, Ariyo River, along Olorunsogo-Amuloko-Akanran-Dagbolu Road, Ibadan (not yet commenced)
