An update and pictures of the ongoing construction of various housing units at Greenland Estate, Jericho, Ibadan. This project, facilitated by the Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA) is a public-private partnership arrangement between the Oyo State Government and Michael Grey Contracting Limited. A total of ten housing estates are being constructed by private firms in partnership with the Oyo State Government.
The Greenland Estate contains various amenities as well as 114 housing units of varying sizes.
