Still Selling: 354 Housing Units at Rayfield Gardens City Estate, Ibadan

An update and pictures of the ongoing construction of various housing and commercial units at Rayfield Gardens City Estate, Ibadan, a self-sustainable housing project that contains both a residential and a commercial wing with amenities. The Rayfield Gardens City Estate is located at Christopher Adebayo Alao Akala GRA, ARCEDEM, Wofun, along Ibadan-Iwo-Osgobo Road. The Rayfield Gardens City Estate is a public-private partnership between the Oyo State Government and Fendini Homes, facilitated by the Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA).

The residential wing of the Rayfield Gardens City Estate includes 354 smart home units of 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom bungalows and duplexes. The commercial wing includes a shopping mall, hospital, school, amusement park, hotel, banking hall/ATM Gallery, and events centre. There are also amenities, including 24-hour estate security/CCTV surveillance, good roads with drainage, estate internet/Wi-Fi, etc. The estate also has seventy-four (74) plots of land that home buyers and investors can build according to their designs and specifications but in line with the quality control at the estate.

The Oyo State Government is partnering with private firms to construct housing estates like the Rayfield Gardens City Estate, Kommi Prime Estate, Bodija Premium Estate, Greenland Estate, etc. to address the infrastructure deficit in the housing sector in Oyo State.
