This is one of three farm settlements being converted to agribusiness industrial hubs by the Oyo State Government. When completed, the Fasola Agribusiness Industrial Hub will have the following facilities; a fire station and mini clinic, a creche, a processing hub, equipment leasing and maintenance area, luxury homes, guest houses, a crop production area, a grazing field for livestock rearing, an administrative/innovation hub, a mall and leisure centre, a 9 hole golf course and a club house.
With its scenic views, the Fasola Agribusiness Industrial Hub which sits on about 1,200 hectares of land will be an agrotourism centre. It will cater to investors in the agribusiness and hospitality sectors. The redevelopment which commenced in March 2021, was officially flagged off by Governor Seyi Makinde in June 2021, and is expected to be completed by March 2022.
