Update on the Reconstruction of the 6 km Idiko-Ile-Ayegun Road

An update on the reconstruction of the 6 km Idiko-Ile-Ayegun Road. This project is being executed by the Iwajowa Local Government Council. The Idiko-Ile-Ayegun Road reconstruction includes reconstruction of the existing road and new construction to extend the road as well as the construction of drainage in built up areas along the route.

The Idiko-Ile-Ayegun Road reconstruction project will ensure that the agrarian community as well as agrbusinesses located in that area can easily access markets to sell their produce. This also fulfils a promise made by Governor Seyi Makinde to Brent Farms Ltd (one of the agribusinesses in that area) when he paid an inspection visit to the farm in December 2021.
