A second update on the development of Engr Lere Adigun GRA Basorun, Ibadan. This government reserved area (GRA) development is a public-private partnership arrangement between the Oyo State Government and Allianz West Africa on a “site and service infrastructure deal”. The size of the Engr Lere Adigun GRA Basorun, Ibadan is 205,320 square metres which will be developed into residential properties.
