A final update and pictures of the completed development of Engr Lere Adigun GRA Basorun, Ibadan. This project – a “site and service infrastructure deal,” was flagged off by Governor Seyi Makinde on June 4, 2021, on public-private partnership arrangement between the Oyo State Government and Allianz West Africa.
Allianz West Africa constructed roads and a gate, installed streetlights, fenced the area and provided electricity connections to the national grid. The Engr Lere Adigun GRA spans 205,320 square metres of land which are already being developed into residential properties by residents who purchased the available portions of land.
