A further update and pictures of the ongoing construction of an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Hub Mokola, Ibadan, a collaboration between the Oyo State Government and Landgard Investment Limited in a Public-private Partnership Project (PPP) arrangement. The ICT Hub project which commenced in February 2021 is nearly complete.
