A fourth update and pictures of the ongoing construction of an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Hub Mokola, Ibadan. The construction of the ICT Hub Mokola is a public-private partnership project arrangement between the Oyo State Government and Landgard Investment Limited. The project commenced in February 2021 and is scheduled to be completed by August 2022.
