Ongoing Project: Limited Rehabilitation of the 38km Igboora-Igangan-Iganna Road

An update and pictures of the ongoing limited rehabilitation of the 38km Igboora-Igangan-Iganna Road. On March 17, 2022, Governor Seyi Makinde revealed during the commissioning of the 5.2km Gedu-Oroki-Sabo-Asipa Road, that the limited rehabilitation of the Igboora-Igangan-Iganna Road had been approved. The project was awarded by the Oyo State Government to two contractors; K.G.B Nigeria Limited and Carboncor International Technology Limited.

The Igboora-Igangan-Iganna Road rehabilitation links Ibarapa and Oke Ogun Zones and cuts across three (3) local government areas (LGAs) – Ibarapa Central, Ibarapa North and Iwajowa. The contractor, K.G.B Nigeria Limited, is handling the Ibarapa Central LGA to Ibarapa North LGA section of the road, while Carboncor International Technology Limited is handling the Iwajowa LGA to Ibarapa North LGA boundary section of the road.
