A final update and pictures of the now completed limited rehabilitation of the 38km Igboora-Igangan-Iganna Road project executed by the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. In March 2022, Governor Seyi Makinde revealed during the commissioning of the 5.2km Gedu-Oroki-Sabo-Asipa Road, that the rehabilitation of the 38 km Igboora-Igangan-Iganna Road had been approved.
The road from Igboora through Igangan and Iganna cuts across three local government areas (LGAs) – Ibarapa Central, Ibarapa North and Iwajowa and links the Ibarapa and Oke Ogun Zones, reducing travel time and improving economic activities in these two zones.
