Ongoing Project: Dualisation of the 3.2km Ibadan Airport Road

An update on the dualisation of the 3.2km Ibadan Airport Road project. The project was awarded by the Oyo State Government in December 2021. In addition to the Ibadan Airport Road dualisation, the contractors Kopek Construction Ltd will also rehabilitate spur roads around Iwo Road Interchange including the road from Oludare to Bishop Phillips (2 km).

The Ibadan Airport Road dualisation is part of the Oyo State Government’s plan to expand the state’s economy and develop the area around the Ibadan Airport into an aerotropolis.
