An update on the ongoing construction of a housing estate – Kommi Prime Estate, Bodija, Ibadan. The project is a public-private partnership between the Oyo State Government and WOOD- ET AL Ltd to construct 12 units of 5-bedroom townhouses. Kommi Prime Estate is one of ten housing estates being constructed by private firms in partnership with the Oyo State Government.
