An update on the ongoing construction of a housing estate – Bodija Premium Estate, Ibadan. The project is a public-private partnership between the Oyo State Government and Projectscope Ltd to construct 45 housing units consisting of six (6) units of 2-bedroom flats in 4 blocks; twelve (12) units of 3-bedroom flats in 4 blocks; fifteen (15) units of 3-bedroom terraced houses; and twelve (12) units of 4-bedroom semi-detached duplexes. Bodija Premium Estate is one of ten housing estates being constructed by private firms in partnership with the Oyo State Government across Oyo State.
