An update on the ongoing construction of of 360 housing units at Ajoda New Town Estate, Ibadan-Ife Road, Egbeda Local Government Area. The project is a PPP initiative with Remax Realtors Limited and contains 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom houses. The Oyo State Government through the Oyo State Housing Corporation is providing thirteen (13) hectares of land for the scheme, while the developer, Remax Realtors Limited will solely finance the entire project at a cost of N2.5 billion.
The construction of Ajoda New Town Estate was flagged off by Governor Seyi Makinde in September 2020.
