A third update and pictures of the ongoing construction of 45 housing units of varying sizes at Bodija Premium Estate, Ibadan. The estate, located at Oba Akinyele Street, Bodija Estate is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project between the Oyo State Government and Projectscope Ltd.
The Bodija Premium Estate is estimated to be completed before the end of 2022. It is one of ten housing estates being constructed by private firms in partnership with the Oyo State Government.
