A further update and pictures of the Ido Local Government Council road project – the rehabilitation of the 10.3 km Ido-Omi Adio Road. The Ido-Omi Adio Road project was flagged off by Governor Seyi Makinde on February 3, 2023, and is now nearly completed.
The Ido-Omi Adio Road project is one of the numerous projects being executed by local government councils in Oyo State. It covers the road from Eleyele to Akufo Junction and will reduce travel time on this route and ensure an easier commute to and from the Omi Adio Train Station.
