An update and pictures of the ongoing construction of various housing and commercial units at Rayfield Gardens City Estate, Christopher Adebayo Alao Akala GRA, ARCEDEM, Wofun, along Ibadan-Iwo-Osgobo Road, Ibadan. The Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA) is facilitating this public-private partnership between the Oyo State Government and Fendini Homes. The Rayfield Gardens City Estate is a self-sustainable housing project that contains both a residential and a commercial wing with amenities.
The residential wing of the Rayfield Gardens City Estate includes 354 smart homes units of 3-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, 3-bedroom detached bungalows, 3-bedroom terrace duplexes, 3-bedroom detached duplexes, 4-bedroom semi-detached duplexes, 4-bedroom detached duplexes, 5-bedroom detached duplexes and 5-bedroom luxurious duplexes. Amenities include 24 hours estate security/CCTV surveillance, good roads with drainage, potable water, pre and post paid metering, solar energy and inverter backup, LED and solar streetlights, estate internet/Wi-Fi, guest house and recreational facilities. The commercial wing includes a shopping mall, hospital, school, amusement park, hotel, banking hall/ATM Gallery, and event centre.
Seventy-four plots of land are also available to home buyers and investors to build according to their designs and specifications but in line with the quality control at the estate. The Rayfield Gardens City Estate is one of ten housing estates that private firms are constructing in partnership with the Oyo State Government to address the infrastructure deficit in the housing sector in Oyo State.
