A further update and pictures of the ongoing construction of various housing units at Bodija Premium Estate, Oba Akinyele Street, Bodija Estate, Ibadan. The Bodija Premium Estate is a public-private partnership arrangement between the Oyo State Government and Projectscope Ltd, facilitated by the Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA).
The 45 housing units at the Bodija Premium Estate include six (6) units of 2-bedroom flats in 4 blocks; twelve (12) units of 3-bedroom flats in 4 blocks; fifteen (15) units of 3-bedroom terraced houses; and twelve (12) units of 4-bedroom semi-detached duplexes. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium and children’s play area.
The Bodija Premium Estate is one of ten housing estates of various sizes that are being constructed by private firms in partnership with the Oyo State Government to address the infrastructure deficit in the housing sector in Oyo State.
