An update and pictures of the ongoing dualisation of the 8.3 km Akobo-Ojurin/Odogbo Barracks-Olorunda Abaa Junction Road being executed by the Lagelu Local Government Council. The project for the dualisation of the 8.3 km Akobo-Ojurin-Olorunda Abaa Road was flagged off on Friday, June 9, 2023 and commenced immediately afterwards.
The project slowed down because of the houses to be demolished for the dualisation which included the Nigerian Army Barracks fence. The Akobo-Ojurin-Olorunda Abaa Road dualisation is vital to the people of Lagelu Local Government Area as it connects Akobo to Olorunda Abaa and will bring development to that axis.
