A further update and pictures of the ongoing dualisation of the 4.1 km Olorunsogo Expressway, Ibadan. The project which was awarded by the Oyo State Government as part of the 37 km rehabilitation of Beere-Olorunsogo-Amuloko-Akanran-Dagbolu Road is being executed by Peculiar Ultimate Concerns Limited after the government revoked the previous contract and re-awarded it. The dualisation project was increased from 3.1 km to 4.1 km.

The scope of the dualisation project now covers Olorunsogo Expressway to Asolo. The progress of the Olorunsogo Expressway dualisaton project was hitherto partly affected by the issues at the Tioya Bridge construction. The project is running behind schedule. A revised date for the completion of the project will be published in due course.
