Update on the General Gas Flyover, Ibadan (65 metres) Construction

A further update and pictures of the ongoing construction of the 65 metres General Gas Flyover, Ibadan. The General Gas Flyover links Basorun to General Gas, Akobo and will address the traffic gridlock at the Akobo Road axis when it is completed.

The project which was awarded in March 2021 is running behind schedule. During a recent inspection visit to the General Gas Flyover on May 7, 2022, Governor Seyi Makinde, confirmed that the quality of work done was fine. However, Governor Makinde directed the contractors to increase the pace of work so that the project is delivered before the end of 2022.
