Update on the Construction of Bodija Premium Estate, Ibadan

A second update and pictures of the ongoing construction at Bodija Premium Estate, Ibadan. The estate is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project between the Oyo State Government and Projectscope Ltd at a cost of N1.5 billion. The estate contains 45 housing units of varying sizes. Additionally, the estate will include a club house, swimming pool, gymnasium and children’s play area.

Bodija Premium Estate is one of ten housing estates being constructed by private firms in partnership with the Oyo State Government. The project is estimated to be completed before the end of 2022.
