An update and pictures of the ongoing reconstruction of Felele Idi Odo Junction–Splash FM Radio Station–Onigari Felele Expressway, Ibadan, Oyo State. The 3.5 km Felele–Idi Odo Junction–Splash FM–Onigari Expressway is undergoing a long-overdue rehabilitation. Though there was a junction improvement completed at Felele Idi Odo Junction in 2021, this vital route had been in disrepair for years, causing difficulties for commuters.
Idi Odo, a known flood-prone area, has also been a significant concern during the rainy season. With the ongoing work, effective drainage solutions are being implemented to mitigate flooding and ensure a smoother, more reliable road network.
Roads and other projects are being undertaken Statewide, and this Felele Idi Odo Junction–Splash FM Radio Station–Onigari Felele Expressway is one of them.
