An update and pictures of the schools being renovated by the Oyo State Government across the State. A total of 36 public schools were selected based on their urgent need for infrastructural intervention, as many are currently in varying stages of disrepair.
The renovation project underscores the Oyo State Government’s commitment to providing a safe, conducive, and motivating learning environment for pupils across the State. By targeting schools that have long been neglected or overwhelmed by the demands of increasing enrolment, the initiative seeks to bridge infrastructure gaps and enhance access to quality basic education.
The 36 schools currently undergoing renovation represent the first batch in a broader plan to upgrade more educational infrastructure across Oyo State. More schools across the State are slated for renovation in subsequent phases, ensuring that no zone is left behind in the drive for improved public education.
