An update on the ongoing construction of housing units at Splendor Homes and Villas, Onireke G.R.A. Ibadan North West Local Government Area. The project is a public-private partnership project between the Oyo State Government and Bitek Nigeria Limited to construct 13 housing units of varying sizes. The project is facilitated by the Oyo State Investment and Public-Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA)
The estimated completion time for the construction of Splendor Homes and Villas, Ibadan is 18 months. However, the project is currently running behind schedule and is now estimated to be completed before the end of 2022. There are also ten other housing estates being constructed by private firms in partnership with the Oyo State Government.
