Ajia is one of four communities benefiting from the rural electrification projects fully funded by the Oyo State Government. The other communities are Otefon in Atiba Local Government Area; Agbaruru in Iwajowa Local Government Area and Arowomole in Ogbomoso South Local Government Area.
