Infrastructure Development of the Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja GRA

An update on the ongoing development of infrastructure facilities at the Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja GRA (Government Residential Area), Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ibadan. The Oyo State Government awarded the contract for the development of the GRA to First Investment Development Company.

The Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja GRA will contain residential homes and have the following facilities; religious centres, supermarket, a school, a health centre and a police post. The size of the estate is 10,724.739m. The duration of the site and infrastructure development is 12 months and it is expected to be completed by December, 2022.
