An update and pictures from the ongoing reconstruction of the 5.8 km Enyo Filling Station (Olodo)-Agandi-Emu Area-Alaja Area Odan Junction-Egba (Egbeda/Lagelu Boundary) Road and Agandi/Ayeloja Road by the Egbeda Local Government Council.
The project is being executed by the Egbeda Local Government Council, with BOPOY Limited as the contractor. Construction commenced in January 2026 and is scheduled to run for nine months.
The scope of work includes the construction of hydraulic structures, earthworks and asphaltic tarring, providing the road with the drainage and structural works required for improved movement along the route.
Once completed, the 5.8 km project will improve connectivity across the communities and areas served by the road, including the Egbeda/Lagelu boundary.
