Nearly Completed Construction of New Akinyele Farmers’ Market

An update on the nearly completed construction of the Akinyele Farmers’ Market in Akinlyele Local Government Area, Ibadan. The project is being executed by the Akinyele Local Government Council.

The Akinyele Farmers’ Market will have the following facilities: 280 units of open stalls, 200 units of lockup shops, a clinic, a police post, a trailer park, a car park, and toilets for males and females. The Akinyele Farmers’ Market construction ties into the plans of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration to grow Oyo State’s economy through agribusiness.
