A second update on the reconstruction of the 34.85km Oyo-Iseyin Road. The project is being executed by Kopek Construction Limited and is expected to be completed by May 2022.
The Oyo-Iseyin Road which is a federal road, is being reconstructed by the Oyo State Government because of its importance to the economy of the state. It provides a vital link between the Oyo and Oke-Ogun Zones of Oyo State. The road provides access to the Fasola Agribusiness Industrial Hub which is also being redeveloped by the Oyo State Government.
