An update and pictures of the ongoing reconstruction of the Commissioner of Police Residence Road (961 m) by the Ibadan South West Local Government Council.
The Commissioner of Police Residence Road is part of the phased reconstruction of roads in the Ibadan South West Local Government Area, along with the road from Aleshinloye-Golden Tulip-FoodCo-Jericho Junction (2.415 km). The project was awarded to Quickborn Nigeria Limited.
The project features asphaltic surfacing to provide a smoother finish and improvements to the drainage system to reduce flooding and water damage.
This intervention highlights Local Government Councils’ ongoing commitment to delivering practical infrastructure at the grassroots level, in alignment with wider development efforts across the State.
