An update and pictures of the now completed reconstruction of the Ikolaba (Main) Road Network (3.5 km), executed by the Ibadan North Local Government Council.
The reconstruction of the Ikolaba (Main) Road Network, which commenced on 22 January 2026, has been completed. Executed by Trackcare Construction Company, the project was for the reconstruction including the asphaltic paving of the 3.5 km of road.
The completed road network is expected to improve mobility for residents, commuters, businesses, and other road users around the Ikolaba corridor. The project also included road markings and other finishing elements to enhance traffic management and improve road safety.
The completion of the Ikolaba (Main) Road Network, as with the completion of other projects in Ibadan North LGA (Ikolaba-Omowale/Kuye Estate Road, Bodija, the Sango-Bembo-Elewure, Alaro-Ido Ito-Iso Pako Road, amongst others), reflects the Council’s continued commitment to delivering quality infrastructure that improves connectivity and supports development, and again proves that Local Governments across Oyo State continue to execute projects in their respective areas.
