An update on the creation of a High Dependency Unit (HDU) at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso. The project involved completing three floors at the LAUTECH Teaching Hospital and fully equipping it.
The project was commissioned by Governor Seyi Makinde on June 1, 2021 as part of activities to mark his second year in office.
The LAUTECH Teaching Hospital HDU has :
- Standard automated hospital beds and mattresses
Electronic vital signs monitoring equipment
Oxygen - Cardiac monitoring device
Dedicated power supply
