I imagined how the lake could be turned into the Riviera of Nigeria with choice Hotels, restaurants, conference central, yacht ride, and choice real estate for all… In 1979, if you looked at the lake from afar, it was all bush and surrounded by hills. This is just one of many unique tourist areas that can be transformed for the state to generate billions of naira in revenue every year.”
