An update and pictures of the completed renovation and ongoing equipping of the General Hospital Aremo, Ibadan. The renovation of the hospital is now complete, and it is currently being equipped. The hospital is located in Ibadan North East Local Government Area.
The renovation and equipping of the hospital is being funded by capitation from the Oyo State Health Insurance Agency (OYSHIA) similar to the upgrade and equipping of the General Hospital Tede in Atisbo Local Government Area which was also funded by capitation by OYSHIA and commissioned in 2022. Under Omituntun 2.0, Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration plans to upgrade General Hospitals in Ibadan, Eruwa, Igbeti, Iseyin, Igbo-Ora and Oyo.
