Bonus for Public/Civil Servants
The Oyo State Government approved the payment of ‘13th-month’ salary for public and civil servants in the state. (December 26, 2020)
Courtesy Visit
Governor Seyi Makinde paid a courtesy visit to the Okere of Saki, Oba Khalid Olabisi where he met with traditional rulers from Oke Ogun Zone 1. During the visit, Governor Makinde thanked them for their support. He also said his administration aims to boost the state’s internally generated revenue by exploiting agribusiness and the extractive industry. (December 26, 20202).
Open day Reintroduced
The Chairman of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Dr. Nureni Adeniran, declared that Open Day has been reintroduced into public schools to ensure that teachers and parents monitor their wards collaboratively. Curfew Restrictions Lifted
