Completed (NG-CARES) CSDA Micro-Projects 2022 and 2023

The Oyo State Community and Social Development Agency (OYCSDA) adopts a community driven approach to intervention projects. The agency disburses funds approved for micro projects in communities in various sectors including healthcare, education and water resources. The micro projects are nominated by the communities that also implement the projects under the supervision of OYCSDA to ensure that the quality of the projects meet approved standards.

OYSCDA has been executing the Oyo State Nigeria Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (NG-CARES) programme, a World Bank-assisted programme since 2022. Under this programme, communities take ownership of the micro projects by contributing 2.5% of the cost of each project while the Oyo State Government through the OYCSDA, contributes 97.5%.
