An update and pictures of the reconstruction of the Monatan Junction (beside SAO Filling Station)–Adogba–Ebenezery Road, linking Iyana Church–Alakia Road (3.9 km). The reconstruction of the 3.9 km road from Monatan Junction-Ebenezery Road through Adogba is now completed.

The project, which commenced in December 2024 and was executed by the Egbeda Local Government Council, Ibadan, included:

  • Drainage construction
  • Hydraulic structures
  • Earthworks
  • Asphaltic surfacing

With construction now concluded, commuters and residents are already benefiting from smoother movement, improved access, and reduced travel time across this important corridor.

This project is one of several road development initiatives undertaken by Local Government Councils across Oyo State, complementing ongoing infrastructure projects by both the State Government and LG Councils to improve connectivity and enhance economic activity within communities.
